| dc.description | A través de la re-lectura de dos etnografías realistas clásicas, Los Argonautas del Pacífico Occidental de B. Malinowski (1992), y Los Nuer de E.E.Evans-Pritchard (1940), este artículo muestra que al etnografía requiere tanto del realismo como de al reflexividad; que al reflexividad en etnografía no se limita a al textualidad, sino que se inicia en el trabajo de campo, por lo cual las condiciones específicas y generales del mismo permean la totalidad del texto, y no sólo capítulos específicos. El texto etnográfico aparece como al integración de metodología, enfoque y descripción. Este artículo aspira, pues, a restituir al cuádruple acepción de la Etnografía como texto, como metodología, como enfoque y como descripción dando especial relevancia a la representación de la relación investigador/autor-sujetos de estudio/representados en la descripción etnográfica. | |
| dc.description | Based on the analysis of two classic ethnographies, Argonauts of the Western Pacific by B. Malinowski (1992) and The Nuer by E.E. Evans-Pritchard (1940), this paper shows that when doing ethnography, realism and reflexivity are not mutually exclusive, that reflexivity is not constrained to the writing stage of research, but also reaches the field, and that general and specific conditions of fieldwork are pervasive in the ethnographic text. Finally, this paper attempts to restitute the fourfold meaning of Ethnography as text, as methodology, as scope, and as description by focusing upon how authors represent the relationship author/researcher – subjects/informants | |
