| dc.description | Este trabajo tiene un doble objeto. Por un lado, reseñar y poner en contexto las formas en que la antropología sociocultural fue dialogando en el país con producciones del campo de los Estudios Étnicos desde 1936 en adelante. Se enfoca en el tratamiento de la alteridad indígena -históricamente uno de los lugares privilegiados de producción de conocimiento de esa vertiente en Argentina- y ofrece algunas coordenadas desde donde vincular las coincidencias o aproximaciones entre los encuadres de la academia local e internacional y los reclamos indígenas; incluso entre las demandas indígenas y la política estatal, aunque argumentando que han sido muchos más los momentos de desencuentro, lo que ha producido sorderas y cegueras tan selectivas como duraderas. Por otro lado, identifica algunas tendencias y desafíos propios del momento actual de conformación del campo disciplinar. | |
| dc.description | This article serves a double purpose. On the one hand, it revises and sets the context in which sociocultural anthropology made his path in Argentina with researches carried in the field of ethnic studies from 1936 onwards. It focuses on indigenous alterity -historically a privileged aspect in the treatment of the ethnic question in Argentina placing on a side other dimensions of the subject- and presents some coordinates from which to connect the coincidences or proximities between the national and international academy framings of the subject and the natives’ demands, and also between natives’ claims and state policy. The work also poses the argument to the number of disagreements that have caused “blindness” and “deafness” as selective as lasting. On the other hand, it identifies some tendencies and challenges of its own at present regarding the disciplinary field conformation. | |
