| dc.description | En este trabajo tratamos de señalar el rol de la descripción de los materiales primarios sobre la que cualquier ciencia elabora sus trabajos de investigación y conclusiones básicas. Hemos reunido trece piezas con una serie de características comunes y de usos simbólico significativo posiblemente similares en la función jerárquico-social. Todas llevan grabadas figuras que en su temática y configuración parecen tener una gran unidad estilística. En ella predominan elementos geométricos simples, tales como escalonados, aserrados, figuras de rombos, triángulos, configurándose en diversas formas. Casi no tienen representaciones de figuras realistas identificables, excepto un rostro humano con narices muy típicas, en forma de T. Se realiza la descripción de cada una de estas piezas y se remarcan los elementos identificatorios del estilo, que no ha sido descripto hasta ahora. | dc.description | This paper attempts to point out the role of describing the prímary materials used by all sciences in order to conduct research and arrive at basic conclusions. We have gathered thirteen objects that have a series of common features and significant symbolic use and possibly similar hierachic-social function.
All include engraved figures and seem to have stylistic unity in terms of theme and configuration. The dominant motivs are simple geometric elements such as stepped, serrated, romboidal figures, triangles in diverse forms. There are almost no realistic figures represented nor identifiable, except for a human face with a very typical T shaped nose. This paper describes each object noting the stylistic elements that have not yet been described. The most salient affinities are found with the context of Vaquerías ofthe Early Period in the Argentine Northwest (NOA). | |
