| dc.description | En las regiones pampeana y norpatagónica los contextos arqueológicos con presencia de tecnología cerámica se han visto fortalecidos en los últimos años con el hallazgo de nuevos sitios y dataciones radiocarbónicas. Diversas líneas de evidencia ( e.g., tecnología lítica, subsistencia, prácticas mortuorias, isótopos estables, etc.) han sido exploradas en el curso inferior del río Colorado. Sin embargo, no se han dado a conocer aún estudios detallados de la alfarería. El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar las características tecnomorfológicas de la ce- rámica registrada en el sitio Loma Ruíz 1 y dar a conocer aspectos vinculados a su producción, uso y función. El sitio esta datado en ca . 1900-1600 años AP (Holoceno tardío inicial) y se discutirá cómo esta cronología se relaciona con las tendencias temporales registradas para la incorporación de dicha tecnología en la región pampeana y norpatagónica. | |
| dc.description | In recent years, the knowledge about the use of pottery in the Pampean and North Patagonian regions has been strengthened through the detection of new sites and the performance of new radio- carbon dates. Although several lines of evidence ( e.g., lithic technology, subsistence, mortuary practices, stable isotopes, etc.) have been explored in the lower basin of the Colorado River, detailed studies related to pottery have not been informed yet. The aim of this paper is to discuss the techno-morphological characteristics of the pottery assemblage recovered at the Loma Ruiz 1 site as well as to explore aspects related with its production, use and function. The chronology of the site ( ca. 1900-1600 years BP; Initial Late Holocene) will be related to the temporal trends previously proposed for the adoption of this technology in Pampa and North Patagonia. | |
