dc.descriptionEste artículo aborda las dinámicas desatadas en el espacio andino de la provincia de Tarapacá respecto de la conformación legal de la propiedad y el uso de los recursos productivos entre las décadas de 1880 y 1920. De modo particular, se detiene en la descripción y análisis de los mecanismos superpuestos que se generaron a partir de la actuación de los campesinos andinos, como de los funcionarios estatales chilenos, en respuesta para solventar y validar la propiedad y el uso de la tierra y el agua en un escenario de alta complejidad como el de la chilenización.
dc.descriptionThis article addresses the dynamics that took place in the Andean territory of the Tarapacá province regarding the legal regulations of property and the exploitation of productive resources between the decades of 1880 y 1920. Particular emphasis has been placed on the description and analysis of the overlapping mechanisms that were created from the participation of Andean peasants and also of Chilean state officials in order to settle and validate the property and the use of lands and water in a high complexity environment such as Chilenization.
