dc.descriptionThe purpose of this article is to inquire into the operation of the Federal courts during the operative independence between February 1975 and March 1976. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the testimony of the appeared detainees poured into the room of the Oral Federal Tribunal de Tucumán in the context of the trial to the former federal judge Manlio TorcuatoMartínez, in order to inquire into the actions of the federal jurisdiction in the context of State Terrorism. To this end, I search from the recent history, advances that exist in relationship with justice to investigate the crimes of Latin American dictatorships, which is why, the historiographical production about Brazil, Chile and Argentina was analyzed. The cause Manlio Torcuato Martínez S/denuncia was used as source, trial that took place in 2015 in Tucuman, focusing on the testimonies referred to 1975, in order to inquire into the actions of the judge during the course of the Operative Independence.en-US
dc.descriptionLa finalidad de este artículo es indagar en el funcionamiento de la Justicia Federal durante el Operativo Independencia entre febrero de 1975 y marzo de 1976. El propósito de este trabajo es analizar los testimonios de los detenidos aparecidos vertidos en la sala del Tribunal Oral Federal de Tucumán, en el marco del juicio al ex juez federal Manlio Torcuato Martínez, con la finalidad de indagar en el accionar del fuero federal en el contexto del Terrorismo de Estado. Con esta finalidad, se indago a partir de la Historia Reciente, los avances que existen en la justicia con relación a investigar los crímenes de las dictaduras latinoamericanas, motivo por el cual, se analizó la producción historiográfica acerca de Brasil, Chile y Argentina. Se utilizó como fuente la causa Manlio Torcuato Martínez S/denuncia, juicio que se desarrolló en 2015 en Tucumán, centrando la atención en los testimonios referidos a 1975, a fin de indagar en las actuaciones de este juez durante el transcurso del Operativo Independencia.es-ES
