| dc.description | En este trabajo se presentan nuevas evidencias de sistemas agrícolas emplazados en vertiente oriental del Valle de Ambato, Catamarca. El sitio La Rinconada Arriba, seleccionado para este estudio, habría funcionado durante momentos Aguada en la zona y fue objeto de intensos trabajos de prospección, relevamiento y excavación durante el año 2014. Los resultados obtenidos se integraron luego a los ya conocidos para el resto del valle con el propósito de aportar a la configuración del espacio agrícola y pastoril regional y discutir acerca de la vigencia del sistema productivo propuesto para el área de estudio. Los resultados alcanzados señalan la existencia de similitudes, pero también de marcadas diferencias con lo registrado para otros sectores del valle. Se plantea que estas diferencias podrían estar vinculadas tanto a cuestiones cronológicas como a particularidades ambientales, las cuales habrían contribuido a definir el perfil funcional del sitio. | |
| dc.description | In this paper, we present new evidence of agricultural systems emplaced in the eastern slopes of Ambato Valley, Catamarca. The site La Rinconada Arriba, who would have worked during Aguada times, was the subject of intense prospecting, survey and excavation during 2014. The results obtained are related to those already known for the rest of the valley in order to contribute to the configuration of regional agricultural and pastoral space and discuss the validity of the proposed production system for the area under study. The results achieved indicate the existence of similarities, but also significant differences with that recorded for other sectors of the valley. These differences could be linked both to chronological issues and to environmental particularities, which would have helped to define the functional profile of the site. | |
