| dc.description | In the last few years, we have been working on reopening spaces and renovating the discourse presented by the Municipal Museum in the city of Necochea (province of Buenos Aires, Argentina). This article reviews the theoretical approaches that were taken into account and the activities that were carried out from a gender perspective. From this approach, we analyze the old museum text used at the Regional Historical Museum of Necochea, comparing the outline the new script within the framework of social inclusion and other social factors that were not previously considered, including gender. Finally, we focus on the application of this perspective to a museum hall about indigenous settlement and current developments based on research by the archaeology and anthropology research unit in Necochea (CONICET), in addition to the museum work. | en-US |
| dc.description | En los últimos años, se viene trabajando en la reapertura de espacios y renovación del discurso del Área de Museos Municipales de la ciudad de Necochea (provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina). En esta publicación se recopilan los enfoques teóricos tomados en cuenta y las acciones realizadas desde la perspectiva de género. Nos detenemos en el análisis del antiguo guion museográfico del Museo Histórico Regional de Necochea, en cuanto a la composición de escenas mediante el empleo de objetos, infografías e imágenes históricas, para luego describir las líneas del nuevo guion en el marco de la inclusión de diversas variables sociales no contempladas anteriormente, entre ellas el género. Finalmente, se hace foco en la aplicación de dicha perspectiva a una sala de poblamiento indígena y a distintos desarrollos actuales desde el Área de Arqueología y Antropología de Necochea-CONICET, más allá del trabajo en el contexto del Museo. | es-ES |
