Objetiva-se avaliar as condições de saúde bucal de dois grupos sociais marcadamente diferenciados. Os dados obtidos contribuirão para caracterizar o processo saúde-doença bucal e os elementos bioculturais a ele associados
dc.descriptionThis paper provides evidence about the endemic dental problems foundin bone remains discovered in the archeological site at the cemetery of the Sé Church(Igreja da Sé Primacial do Brasil) at Salvador, Bahia state. The object of this study is toevaluate the dental condition among the markedly different social groups of the city ofSalvador. The data obtained will contribute to the characterization of the nature andprocess of dental health, and the lack thereof, as well as the biocultural elements asso-ciated with them.
